Beginner/Intermediate yoga – Suitabke for all ages, a beginner to intermediate level hatha-based (move, stretch and breathe) .
Yin Yoga – Long, gentle, passive stretches helf for around 3-5 minutes flood the deeper connective tissues with hydration and nourishment, this has anti-imflammatory ands anti-aging effect on body, calming the mind and improving sleep
