Offering sit on kayaks and Canadian canoes
Stour Kayak will meet you at the start to provide safety and paddle instruction briefing. They will be at the finish point to collect craft and equipment.
Single Kayak
– hire of a single seat kayak
– 1 person only
– Hire includes paddle, buoyancy aid and a dry bag/waterproof phone case
– Single kayak weight limit: 22st/127kg
– Under-18’s must be accompanied and supervised by adult at all times

Tandem Kayak
– hire of a tandem (2-seat) seat kayak
– single craft event entry for 2 people
– Hire includes paddle, buoyancy aid and a dry bag/waterproof phone case
– Tandem kayak weight limit: 30st/190kg
– Under-18’s must be accompanied and supervised by adult at all times

Canadian Canoe
– hire of a multi-person canoe
– single craft event entry for multiple people
– Hire includes paddle, buoyancy aid and a dry bag/waterproof phone case
– Canadian Canoe weight limit: 66st/425kg
– Under-18’s must be accompanied and supervised by adult at all times
– Capacity: 2 adults (and up to 2 children aged under 12 years) or 3 adults (maximum capacity – no children can accompany 3 adults). If 2 children and 2 adults in canoe then 1 child will be required to sit on the floor of the canoe.
