- Completion of this form does not prevent you from attending the AGM and voting in person.
- Only current members can vote – validity of membership will be verified.
- Should anyone submit multiple forms then the most recently received supersedes all others.
- Each current member is entitled to a vote as follows:
- Individual – 1 vote
- Couple – 2 votes (1 vote each)
- Corporate / Club – 1 vote (exercisable by its Representative)
