Once again the River Stour has proven to be a benefit to the local community and visitors to the area. People have flocked to its banks whether to walk beside it, enjoy a picnic, or take to the water on a variety of craft.
We’re looking forward to seeing you at one of our fun events or welcoming you aboard our trip boats in 2025.
Our volunteers and office team are now enjoying break over the festive and New Year period. The office closes at 12 noon on Monday 23 December and is due to reopen on Tuesday 7 January 2025.
You have access to the river all year round if you have a craft. Remember to ensure that the craft is registered for use on the waterway as well as checking Navigation Advisory Notices before you set off (click here).
